"This was for my elderly parents and the grandkids. When I first set up the room. I was told that they could purchase the breakfast buffet for $6.95 and kids were free. I then had to call back the next day for something - the girl had no clue what she was doing I don't even think she knew her own name and I was then told that kids were not free that they were $3.95. Then when my parents called to confirm the room they were on hold for 25 minutes. The day of their departure they were told that there was NO breakfast at all. My parents ended up driving to Shoneys for breakfast. If I have known the truth that there was no breakfast I would have paid for a different hotel at about $6.00 more for the night and got breakfast (complimentary) for them and the kids. Actually the deal of them paying $60+ dollars for that hotel then $24.00 at Shoneys was NOT worth it. They could have stayed somewhere for $70 and got breakfast. Needless to say we were not happy.
